CEEL supports the development of principals at any point in their career. Districts will nominate candidates for this customized, needs-based, transformative leadership opportunity for principals across the state. Over a three-year program, leadership skills will be developed through a variety of methods, including workshops, small group discussions, simulations and case studies, group and individual experiential school-based projects, and stretch assignments.

Principal's Program

Pre-registration and payment are required to attend all CEEL workshops. No walk-ins will be accepted.

Participants may register for all three sessions at a special price or may register for individual sessions at full price.

You have the option of attending Gold strand sessions at any time, but in order to earn your Gold CEEL certificate, you are required to complete each full-day workshop in the Silver and Gold strand series in its entirety.

Silver Strand - Cohort A

You are required to register and attend all the workshops scheduled on the dates in your cohort's strand. If you are unable to attend a workshop with your cohort, you may NOT attend the same workshop in the other cohort. You are welcome to register and attend when it's offered the following year.

Registration is open. 

Silver Strand  - Cohort B

You are required to register and attend all the workshops scheduled on the dates in your cohort's strand. If you are unable to attend a workshop with your cohort, you may NOT attend the same workshop in the other cohort. You are welcome to register and attend when it's offered the following year.

Registration for Cohort B will open when Cohort A fills.  

Gold Strand - Cohort A

Registration is open. 

Gold Strand - Cohort B
